Primera is a fairy from Cephiro and, as such, a magical being bound to a world where one's will is power. When Cephiro started crumbling after Princess Emeraude was killed by the Magic Knights, the pixie was trapped amid the ongoing destruction until she was saved by Lantis, Zagato's younger brother. From there on Primera became his nearly constant (and probably unrequited) companion, having developed a huge crush on him. Stoic by nature, one can never tell whether Lantis simply allows Primera to perch on his shoulder, cling to him and follow him everywhere, or if he values her assistance at all.
